I am Dwayne Ngooi,
Talking about why I started my career in Real Estate, it all has to go back to the year of 2018.
I join this industry with the only thing in my mind that, I Think I Can Earn A lot of Money in Real Estate.
Before getting involved in real estate career, I was preparing myself for an aviation course studying abroad, well things don’t always go smoothly. My Visa got rejected so I have to wait for a new semester to get my visa again. In the middle of waiting, I met my Leader, Jonathan Lee. I knew him since primary school and saw him started in this field since his graduation from high school. So, I was thinking to give it a shot while I’m waiting for a new semester. At first, I doubted myself am I able to sell any property to the clients as I got zero knowledge in this field. But as days goes by, I realized that I’m actually quite good at it. Slowly, I’ve reconsidered my choices of studying aviation and stayed in this industry, feeling that I may have more free time for my family in future and still able to create my own desire amount of salary.
Other Than That, in real estate I started to realized that there’s a lot of knowledge to gain. How to deal with clients needs, sudden changes, marketing skills and etc. I’ve also discovered a lot of new hobbies such as taking video for real estate, even started my own Youtube account.
In Conclusion, Real Estate is not a Job, it’s a platform for those that have passion in learning and discover more hidden potential of themselves, creating their own desirable income!
