Is it the piece of land just infront of Cahaya Permai (land slightly lower than Cahaya Permai) and next to Petronas?

This atmosphere seems like big thunder but no rain.....rows and rows of empty shops...high rise at this price....when vp....all can "tah pau" toothy10

So far, Titijaya has delivered what they built and they are building their name in Klang Valley property scene. Trust they will do the same for this project as well.

Subang soho already kena 6 mths lad till now no news
Subang parkhome started building few months ago 1 yr ++ after snp

lots of choices in this area lah.....and those completed shop-offices are unable to rent out......current/forthcoming supply > Demand....

those bought from Equine last time, they are still unable to find tenant or let go....!
