Is it the piece of land just infront of Cahaya Permai (land slightly lower than Cahaya Permai) and next to Petronas? |

This atmosphere seems like big thunder but no rain.....rows and rows of empty shops...high rise at this price....when vp....all can "tah pau"  |

lots of choices in this area lah.....and those completed shop-offices are unable to rent out......current/forthcoming supply > Demand....
those bought from Equine last time, they are still unable to find tenant or let go....! |
